Fun with Family & Old Friends

We had the Dixons and Halls over for Labor Day. I forgot to get a picture of all the kids together but here's one of the older four with our popular unicorn floatie!

Daniel and Aidan went hunting with Marcus and James, so Avery and I decided to go to Wylie for the night! She spent the night with the Dixons and went to the Wylie Rodeo with them, while I went to dinner with my friends Tracey and Kimberly. I spent the night with Kimberly and the next day Avery and I went to our old neighborhood to see our friends for lunch! The girls all ran out and hugged Avery when we got there, which was so sweet. We sure do miss our Wylie friends!!

We also had dinner with our old GCA friends the Sikes' and Fords! The kids were so happy to see each other.

Grammy was in Colorado visiting Jason, Kelly, and Baby Hudson and was scheduled to fly through Dallas the day before Hurricane Irma hit, so she decided to stay safe at our house instead of flying on to Miami! Papi was in Canada on business and came a few days later. Luckily they were able to get home just a few days later. Our kitchen was under rennovation so it was a little crazy, but luckily we like to eat out as much as we like to cook! We had a great time seeing them and were so glad their condo and all their belongings were okay in Miami!
