More April Fun

Avery and I went to Summer's signing day to celebrate her commitment to play volleyball at Oklahoma Christian University next year! Avery was happy to see some of her old WPA friends and we FaceTimed Aidan so he could be part of her big day!

Tracey and I saw Mamma Mia the musical and LOVED it!

Avery took riding lessons (a Christmas gift from Grandpa and Nanna) and had a blast! She was only able to take one lesson in April because we were so busy, but she will sign up for more!

I took a script supervising gig for a local film! I was busy and there were some LONG hours, but it was a great experience!

April holidays

We were so happy to have Aidan home for Easter, and we had our Wylie friends over the day before for an Easter party! We hid eggs for all the kids and teens to find, Parker organized some games to play inside, and we had Napoli's catering which was delicious! 

Aidan's birthday was the next weekend and it was so weird not to be with him! But he and his buddy and roommate Cade has the same birthday, so they went out with their good friends they are living with next year, and we picked up the tab along with Cade's parents! He has finals soon and then we will bring him home for the summer!

Avery's Prom

Avery had the best time with Jack at his senior prom! He had asked her a couple of weeks earlier in the most adorable way. After getting her makeup and hair done and getting dressed, we took dozens of pictures and then he took her to dinner before the dance! She looked beautiful and they had so much fun!

Aidan's Prom (with Summer)

We flew Aidan home so that he could go to Summer's senior prom! They both looked amazing and had a blast (and Summer was crowned Prom Queen!). Aidan was able to go to her after-party for a little bit but because Wylie Prep always has to enforce ridiculous rules for no reason, everyone who wasn't a senior had to go home at midnight. Luckily his friend Brady was in town so they got to hang out! Prom was the night before Good Friday, so we were happy to have Aidan home for Easter!
