Halloween

We went to a couples party with our friends the weekend before Halloween, and Daniel and I dressed as Victoria and Tim from the show White Lotus! Diana went all out with decorations and food, everyone wore fun costumes, and we had a great time playing Song Bingo!

On actual Halloween, Avery wore my "Dazed and Confused" sweatshirt to school (she and I both went for Parker Posey characters this year!) and to the Sachse game that night. She wore jeans, but humored me by putting on the rest of the outfit for pictures. Daniel and I hung out with our neighbors for "multi-family situation" where we all passed out candy together!

October This and That with Friends

Daniel and I went with our favorite couple friends to see Nate Bargatze! We went to a yummy dinner beforehand at Ocean Prime, then at the very top of American Airlines Center to hear Nate. He had us cracking up even up in nosebleed!

My friend Leslie came in town with her son Theo on their way to look at some colleges! We didn't get a single picture of him and Avery together, but we took two pictures and neither were good of both of us so I spliced them together, ha ha!

Daniel and I went to the Sachse vs Wylie East game and sat with our friends on the "enemy" side to cheer on our Sapphire friends Ambrielle (who is captain this year!) and Kayden!

Aidan's Aggie buddies all came to Fayetteville for the Arkansas/A&M game and even though it was rainy all day, they had a blast hanging out together!

Stella's World

Stella got to stay with Grandpa and Nanna while we went to Broken Bow! They took her to the ranch and spoiled her rotten. She and I also had a playdate with Kimberly, Hunter, Tracey, and Chloe! Aidan came home one weekend and Stella was so excited to see her brother. She also wrestled with Daddy, "helped" me pack, and enjoyed making s'mores with us.

Avery's 18th Birthday!

Avery turned 18 and is officially an adult! Her birthday fell on the last day of fall break, so after breakfast on the red plate, she and Jack and their friend Soni went to the State Fair. Also exciting was that a couple of weeks later she was able to vote for the first time! It was just for some state propositions, not an exciting presidential election, but it was still fun. She also had a choir concert and got to see Grandpa and Nanna who drove up to see her. Happy Birthday Avery!
