She Did It!

Today was Avery's first day of Mother's Day Out! She will be going once a week at our church (where Aidan also goes, twice a week). I was dreading the drop-off but she only fussed a little bit. I went home and fully expected a call at 9:30 to come pick up my screaming mama's girl. But she pleasantly surprised me and had a great day...even took a nap! Aidan had a hard time saying bye to me this morning which is very unlike him, but he was fine too. Having the house to myself for a few hours was surreal and lovely :) I was able to clean my house from top to bottom, wash and fold two loads of laundry, and do some stuff on the computer without someone pulling at my arm. Hooray for Thursdays!
