4th of July

 We hosted our annual 4th of July party and it was our biggest one yet! We had so much fun. 

June This & That

 Daniel and I had fun with our friends and celebrated some birthdays!

Stella continues to live her best life, had Chloe and Hunter over to play one day (forgot to get Hunter in the pic), and went to stay with Grandpa and Nanna at the ranch while we were on vacation!

Aidan & Avery Summer Activities

Other than our big family vacation, June was kind of chill for most of us! Avery was the busiest, with a youth choir mission trip to Nashville and then youth camp (and helping with a church car wash). 

Aidan stayed busy working, and one day he got to meet Dallas Cowboy Micah Parsons who came in to play pickleball! He also helped Summer's family run a kids' soccer camp in Austin which he really enjoyed.

Puerta Vallarta

We grabbed our passports and headed to Puerta Vallarta for our family vacation! We stayed at a VRBO condo on the beach for the first two nights where we celebrated Daniel for Father's Day and watched some beautiful sunsets! We ate three meals at a restaurant across the street, and a little cafe by the pool was open. There seemed to be just a small handful of people staying at the condos which was so nice! 

We went to an all-inclusive resort for the last four nights of our trip and had a blast! At first we weren't super impressed with the pools on site, but we found a small adults-only rooftop pool in one of the towers that was nice and quiet. We also went to the beach one day where the kids got some henna. There was a hibachi place on-site that we enjoyed when we were getting a little tired of the buffet food, and Avery and I also befriended a cat that lived in the lobby!

May Miscellaneous

I was so happy Aidan was home in time for Mother's Day! It's always great to see them with their friends at church since they all go to different schools!

I went to the ranch with Kathleen, Lindsay, and Amy (Rose couldn't make it!) and had a fun sister-in-law weekend! Even Stella came so she could play with Darwin.

Daniel and I saw the Michael Jackson musical in Fort Worth and loved it!
