Back to School!

School has started! We are at our newest new school, Wylie Prep Academy! It's a university model school which will be a whole new ball game for us (the kids work from home two days a week). We are already in the swing of things with football, cheerleading, and classes!

Random End-of-Summer Fun!

We closed out summer with braces with not one but TWO kids in braces!

We hung out with our old neighbors:

I had lunch with my cousins Meredith and Jessica and got to meet Jessica's daughter Anna Claire!!

We went to an engagement party for our friends Brooke and Ryan:

I had lunch with my high school bestie Sarah who I hadn't seen since before we moved to Fort Worth over two years ago!

Broken Bow

Tracey and I took the kids on our annual mini-vacay and we chose Broken Bow! We had never been but had always heard it was tons of fun. We rented a cute cabin and did lots of exploring, swimming, eating, game-playing, and goofing off! On the way there (and back!) we stopped at a hole-in-the-wall burger joint in Paris that was DELICIOUS!

More summer busy-ness!

Daniel and I went with some friends to a Friends Trivia night at a local pub! We came in 4th which was shocking since we knew most of the answers...we were up against stiff competition!

I took the kids to Candytopia, a pop-up attraction in Dallas that was just there for the summer. Not sure if it was worth the money, but it was fun and we got cute pictures!

Aidan and Logan spent a few days with Cookie in Granbury!
