Merry Christmas!

We did Christmas with the Dixon/Hall/Fairbrother/Waggoner crew the weekend before and had a blast opening gifts and decorating gingerbread houses! We then went to Waco for a night with the Stewards and then lunch with Papi and Grammy (didn't take a single picture, oops!) and then came home to have Christmas morning at our house with just us four! We went to the nearby hibachi place for my birthday dinner that night with the Dixons! A couple days after Christmas, the Brooks family came for some hanging out, football, movies, and food. Daniel's birthday was the 30th (again, forgot to take pictures!) and we went out with some of his PWC friends for a late lunch, and then hung out at home with some cherry cobbler!

Holiday Fun!

We've been on the go with Christmas festivities with friends, school, work, church, cotillion, and guitar!

Thanksgiving in Colorado!

We drove to Pagosa Springs to see Jason, Kelly, and Hudson for Thanksgiving this year! Papi and Grammy flew in too so it was fun to be with the whole family. The drive was long (we stopped in Santa Fe on the way there) but we loved Pagosa Springs even though it was cold and snowy! We ate lots of delicious food, played with Hudson, and even sledded at Kelly's grandparents' house where we stayed. Kelly also took some amazing pictures of our family! We thought we might have to stay an extra day because of the weather but we decided to leave as planned on Friday and despite some super yucky weather in New Mexico we made it all the way home that night!

November Fun

We went to our first Baylor game of the year, and unfortunately the Bears lost in a heartbreaking game against OU (I hope I'm not becoming a jinx!). But at least we had fun with friends and family!

Aidan started basketball! It's a fun season because Sage plays on the girls' team which usually has games right before Aidan so we get to watch them both play (and they're both #24 this year!).

Avery took a fun field trip with her class to Medieval Times, and has enjoyed singing in the middle school choir at church!

I went on a quick girls' weekend with some of our old Wylie neighbors where we rented a cute lake house and enjoyed a wine tasting!
