Good-byes

We said good-bye to a LOT of amazing friends before our move...we will miss our church, GCA, and neighbor friends so much! I'll also miss not being close enough to my mom friends to see them as much but I think we'll still keep in touch and vacation like we always have!

Jessica Found the "Juan"

I enjoyed a quick getaway to Cancun for the weekend to celebrate my cousin Jessica's bachelorette party! We had a great time and enjoyed an all-inclusive resort right on the beach for a few days of fun and sun!

Father's Day and Summer Fun

We are so blessed to have this guy to celebrate on Father's Day! He has been working extra hard at the new house, and also at work, and still makes time for us. After church (our last Sunday at Northlake Baptist, where we've gone since before the kids were born!) I made him a cherry cobbler while he got busy taking things off the walls and packing up for our big move. We found her handwriting on Dad's card to be really funny ;)

Aidan got this electric guitar from his guitar teacher Mr. Rob. We will miss him a lot but he has gotten Aidan really interested in guitar, and he plans to continue taking lessons in Fort Worth!

Field Day and Last Day of School

And just like that...we're done. Not only with this school year but with GCA! Six years of great teachers, great friends, lots of reading logs, tests, field trips, and projects, and tons of memories. So proud of Avery for receiving an award for getting one of the top 3 spelling GPA's in class!

End-of-Year Parties

A few weeks late (we've been a little busy!) but here are end-of-year class party pics! Aidan's class had a "color war" and some other games. Griffin got to come watch since we had a house showing! Avery's class went for pizza and then bowling.
